Soundproofing
CMPP’s concrete, tilt-up construction includes acoustically designed soundproofing and sound deadening features in all stages. The sound locks and ceilings are custom designed for extra soundproofing capabilities.

Power
Conveniently situated camlocks provide 1000 to 3000 amps per stage. Power can be transferred between stages as needed.

Ventilation
Each stage has its own high-tech, noise-free air ventilation system which can be electronically programmed for different speeds of air exchange. The fastest option allows for a complete air exchange in 20 minutes or less.

Trusses and Floors
CMPP’s trusses and floors are purpose-designed to handle the weight load needed for production of the biggest and most advanced film features produced today. Multi-layered concrete floors – the strongest in the industry -- are laser-leveled.

Support Facilities
The CMPP complex offers clients 70,000 square feet of office space, make-up rooms, wardrobe area, laundry machines, fiber optic internet with voiceover IP, gourmet kitchens, and on-site 24 hour security.
